Summary
The CP_PARTOFFSET command in CADPower allows you to offset a specific portion of a polyline. By selecting two points along the polyline, the segments between these points are offset using the standard AutoCAD OFFSET command. This is useful when you want to apply the offset to only part of the polyline rather than the entire shape.

Notes:
- Polylines that have been curve-fitted using the Fit or Spline options cannot be processed with this command.
- Any arc segments in the selected portion will be replaced with straight line segments when the offset is applied.
