Summary
The CP_PARTROTATE command in CADPower allows you to rotate a selected portion of a polyline. By picking two points along the polyline, you can rotate all the segments between these points, with the first point serving as the base point for rotation. The polyline is updated with the new geometry while retaining its handle, Xdata, and other essential properties.
Note:
- Polylines modified with the Fit or Spline options are incompatible with this command.
- Any arc segments in the selected portion are converted to straight line segments upon rotation.
This command is ideal for precise, localized rotation of polyline segments while preserving the original polyline structure.
