CADPower & GeoTools V 22.55 Update
Important License Change Information!
(Licensed users need to get their activation done again.)
We wish to bring to the notice of our users that we have implemented a few changes to our licensing mechanism.
These changes have been necessary due to the fact that we are now faced with a number of compromised (cracked) license file distributions of GeoTools and CADPower.
While this indicates the growing popularity of our products (it is crack-worthy now!!), it has also cause some of the compromised license users to end up with corrupted data.
From V 22.55 onwards, the older version of your GeoTools and CADPower license will not be recognized, and will need a one-time replacement.
You will see a message to this effect when you start your GeoTools or CADPower. This replacement is at zero cost, so just send me an email, I will replace your license, and send you an updated one. All license file replacements will be done within one working day, and often, it could be earlier, within a few hours.
License file replacements will be made for the same appkeys or serial numbers as registered earlier with us.
We apologize for this slight inconvenience, and will work with you to make this transition as easy as possible.
Other improvements
There have been a bunch of other minor fixes in V 22.55, but I am not writing about it in this newsletter.
Our main goal in this communication is to inform you of this license change and help you complete the transition with ease.
